Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@velvivo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or damaged products will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
